New Responsive UI - Add button faded out

Hi Everyone,

I am noticing several pages where the "Add" button is severely faded and very hard to see.  For example in the Add Absence page, you cannot see it unless you hover over it.  When you do click it, the OK/Cancel buttons are also faded.  

I tried to do a personalization to change it, but it will not allow changes.

We are on 19B.

Any ideas?
