Responsive UI - No Available Actions under Absence Under Me

We are on 19B and have turned on the Responsive UI.

On Navigating to Me-Absence, we do not see any cards with actions like Manage Absence Records or schedule absence.

Using the delivered Employee role.

Has anyone experienced this issue? Will be happy to know the resolution.
