Unable to view EPRCS instance name in My Services Dashboard

Even though the user is having access to EPRCS Production instance, still he is not able to see it in My Services Dashboard

Hello Everyone

One of our user is not able to view EPRCS Prod Instance in My Services Dashboard. But he is able to access the instance with direct URL.

Apart from this, user is experiencing slowness in opening MR reports. For other users the same reports are opening in less than a minute time, but for this user it is taking more than 20min. If we use other user's credentials from the same machine, it is behaving normally (less than a minute time to open the report), which assures there is no machine dependent issues.
