Anyone on CHJ (Chicago pod) having a problem with search?

Woke up to a flood of emails and tickets over catalog widgets not working. OSC says it's an issue with the search server and no ETA is available for a fix.
This has been on and off issue for my LearnCenter since last November. It was allegedly addressed in the last update, but here I am once again with catalog widgets displaying error messages. It's beyond frustrating.
