Hi,

Are any Canadian customers leveraging the ROE Reason Mapping feature that was released in 19A?

I am having trouble getting the ROEs for Absences to work. I'm not sure how our Absence module was configured, or what table/field the ROE mapping would be populating from. I have also posted on the Workforce rewards hoping that someone knows how I can get this to work.

Any ideas?
