Often requested, we've cracked that nut. This is a method to display an OTBI report in a UI page with a pre-filter based on any binding parameter available in the page.

Made this a full fledge topic, I think we're getting that sort of requirement more and more.

OTBI reports can easily put in a system UI page through page composer, but the setup to get that report filtered based on a parameter from the page is tedious and often not working. So we went through a workaround to have this working, and the following method seems to work everytime.
