Remove first blank page of BIP report having rtf template

Hi,

In a rtf template linked to Customer invoice in Fusion Cloud, I am having 2 IF loops inside which, are sections breaks (continuous & next page).

It works fine if suppose, it goes validly in first loop. However, if it goes into the second loop validly, then a blank first page appears as the first if loop contains page breaks.

I have tried sub-template approach as well by moving each if loops condition's rtf code to 2 different sub-templates (which also includes page breaks) and then calling it form main template, But from the results, the data gets truncated till it finds the page breaks in the sub-template. So, even though the first blank page issue is resolved here, but the page content is lost.
