Hi,

I have noticed when Managers navigate to My Team > My Team their Direct Reports Assignment HR Status is displayed rather than the Assignment User Status for all DR's whose status is not Active.  E.g. We created an Assignment Status of Sabbatical which is linked to the HR Status of Suspended; and if a Managers DR is on Sabbatical the Manager actually sees 'Suspended'.  Is this expected behaviour?  Surely, the Assignment User Status should be displayed to the Manager?

Please Note: If an HR Super User navigates to My Client Groups > Person Management > Queries the Employee - The Assignment User Status is displayed.  This means the My Team is inconsistent and more importantly is going to generate a lot of calls to the HR Administrators.
