In both R19A and R19B, we've found that configuration selections we've made to Address Type and Address Validation in Manage Features by Country or Territory are being changed after the releases have been applied (consistent in test and production pods).  The most worrisome has been that we have United States set to an Extension=Payroll and have Address Type=Supplemental Taxation and Reporting Address.  After both upgrades, the Address Type changed to Postal, which caused issues with processing new hires because, by default, the Postal Address doesn't have County, which is required if you have Payroll as your extension (you can't even select
