Which work life solutions are part of core HCM licence? (anyone using wellness?)

Hello,

Just checking some ambiguity around work life solutions, are competitions part of core HR now or sold stand-alone. 

Volunteering and wellness, are they separate licences too?

Keen to hear from any users using wellness, not met anyone using this module.. would be great to see a demo and get some feedback
