To generate costing results for your payroll run results and payments, you must create, deploy, and map a cost allocation key flexfield to your legislative data group in the Setup and Maintenance work area.

If there is an issue in the setup in the FA UI, you will get 'Not Configured' in the OTBI report result when you pull segment value from 'Costing Segments' folder.
