Question on Capacity planning of Autonomous OIC

How can we effectively provision the message packs in an autonomous OIC instance.

Hello Everyone,

Is there a way to find out the usage trends of my autonomous OIC instance. Currently i have 1 message pack in Non production and 3 message packs in Production environment of autonomous OIC. Currently i am relying on the Monitoring Dashboard to get a rough idea about the number messages that the system processes and draw an idea from that data. But unfortunately the dashboard shows the data on a daily basis and a dashboard that shows an hourly usage for past 24 hours.

Is there any other place where i can get a consolidated report of the message count for  a period of time to plan the capacity of Autonomous instances. and also what will happen to the instance if the messages are more than the allotted message packs?
