Task manager - task connected to ARCS- automatic close and open again?

In Task manager we are using the Task type "Monitor Reconciliations" towards ARCS to automatically close taks regarding account reconciliation. 
This is working fine and the tasks are closed in Task Manager when the reconciliation is done in ARCS. The issue comes when a new file is loaded into ARCS and then there might be an issue with the reconciliation again. Then the task in Task manager is not automatically changing status to open again. 

Should Task manager be able to automatically open a task again if the status change in ARCS? Or is this a process question of not open the task before the last file is loaded into ARCS?
