19C - Face lift of classic screens?

Summary

I'm trying to understand if there is a plan to face lift the classic screens as part of 19C

I believe on the HCM side there is going to be a face lift of the classic screens in 19C (so they look more like responsive screens even though they are not). Does anyone know if Finance screens are included in this or if it's limited to HCM for the time being? If the latter any idea when we can expect the change in Financials?
