User defined fields on order header and line (aka EFFs) to be visible on main screen

Content

1. The user defined fields to capture various user defined fields need to be visible on the main screen at order header or line level - without the need to go to Additional Information. 
2. Can the additional fields be added at the line or header level?
3. Can the EFFs be dragged and dropped on the main screen using page composer or any other mechanism?

It is too cumbersome to get to the EFFs via Additional Information. Moreover if any EFF is made mandatory, that does not stop the processing of the order if that EFF is not filled. As if there is no connection between the EFF page and the main page.
