Hi

I'm getting the above error when trying to do a 'Keep Only' on a member while performing Smartview Essbase retrieve.

Have just upgraded to following:

Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.4.600

Essbase 11.1.2.4.016B022

Smart View 11.1.2.5.700

I have applied below registry settings and restarted both client and APS server without resolution.

  1. [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings]
  2. Create the following new DWORD keys with decimal values:
  3. ReceiveTimeout=480000
    KeepAliveTimeout=180000
    ServerInfoTimeout=180000
