Hiding Involuntary Termination from Line Manager role

Summary

Under My Team>Employment>Terminate>, we would like to hide the Involuntary Termination from our custom Line Manager role. Would you know how to go about it?

The Transaction Design Studio only hides the region When and Why within the Termination Work Relationship flow.  It does not allow us to hide the list of items in the drop down list.  I also don't see a specific privilege/role for this. Your help is most appreciated.
