The Shipping Method is not by Default in Return Transfer Orders

Hi!
When I create a Return Transfer Order in Oracle Cloud is not by default a Shipping Method at the moment to confirm the Shipment.
The problem is that in the field "Shipping Method" in the LOV if it appears, but not one by default; Do you know how I can set one by default in the field and thus avoid the manual selection of the Shipping Method?
