Is anyone able to set up an Enrollment to send a reminder message X number of days before a scheduled event?

I do not receive a reminder message from an Enrollment. Below are the steps I have taken:

  1. In an existing enrollment, I edited a User Approval message and set the number of days before the event.
  2. Activated the User Approval message.
  3. Enrolled in the session.
  4. I did receive the message confirming my enrollment.
  5. I did not receive a message reminding me that I am enrolled in an event in X number of days.
