Hi Everyone - we're needing a way for our supervisors to assess their employees immediately following the completion of a learn plan or course. The purpose of the survey or assessment is for the supervisor to determine whether the employee has demonstrated the required behavioral skills that the employee would've learned during the course/learn plan. We've tried enabling the survey/delayed survey functionality but found that when the survey is assigned to the Supervisor, there is no way to tell who (which employee) that survey belongs to. I've even tried gathering the information from a reporting standpoint, but no luck. This
