How to add OTBI report parameter to filter out those zero outstanding balance and date in range?

hi all,

I have two OTBI report parameters would like to add:

1) In the Subject Area = 'Payment Schedules" and there is a field "Entered Amount Due Remaining". How can I add a report parameter to filter those zero remaining so that the report only shows the record with outstanding? the concept should be something like > 0. But how to do it in OTBI.

2) Add a report parameter to submit in date range? like the accounting date between "01-Jan-2019 and "30-Jun-2019". How to do it?
