How is it possible to reference items on other doclets

We have an enhancement request raised to resolve this but are looking at possible work rounds to allow our business to continue while that is being worked on.

The following is an options paper I have put together but is by no means exhaustive. I would welcome any other suggestions made.

Background

• As a part of producing financial reports there is a need to add notes to the accounts to explain key figures in more detail

• All notes will have a reference number so that they can be referred to in the accounts or text as required
