Hi,

Has anyone experience an issue when Employee's enter free text comments containing apostrophe's the application displays the apostrophe as ''s' (see screen shot below)?  The incorrect text appears on various pages throughout the new responsive pages.  I have experienced the issue in IE & Chrome.  We are on 19A so I am hoping someone can confirm this has been fixed in 19B.
