Unable to view History tab in Contracts

We have witnessed this behavior in PPM and are now seeing it in Contracts.
Contract Management > Contracts > Search for an Active # and open the contract. You can click on all tabs and get results until you click on History...you get a blank screen and can't navigate anywhere else and the page is blank.
Is anyone else having this issue?
