Adding employee types when we configure with Employee and Job option in Oracle EPBCS Workforce modul

Hi All, When we configure workforce with Employee and job option we do not get the option to add the different employee types and when I select only the employee type I do not get the union code option. 

In our current project I need ti enter the union codes across the different employee types as well. they require both the employee types and the union codes as well to drive calculations. Is there any work around for this
