Process name not filled for bip job report in 'scheduled processes'

Hello,

When we schedule bip report (manually or via web services), a process is executed and can view under menu 'scheduled processes'.

the process line does not contain process name. there was a icon with text 'the process name cannot be accessed for EssBipJob'.

Is it a oracle standard behavior ?

Is there a way to change this, by adding a name ?
