Hello,
I would need some help with clarification on Resource Roles and their impact on Securing the application.

From what I have read HERE, my conclusion is that they are used to: "filter resources, generate reporting hierarchies, and define security policies" and this part is clear to me.

However, in the next sentence is not clear at all - "When resource role is defined in the same granularity as security role and used to automate security role provisioning, then the assigning roles to resources is different for security roles.", can someone translate to me
