Hi all,

I have a lot of courses that enable you to obtain a certification. 1 year after the certification, we need to assign to the employee another course (different for the arguments from the previous one)  that is an update course. How can I setup this process?

My hypothesis is to implement it through an initiative. I associate massively the second course to all people that have the certificate (the outcome of the first course) that was associated one year earlier. Are there other way to implement it?
