Images in message notifications are not displaying

Hello Team,

While sending message notifications to all the employees with header and footer (both are images) from Taleo Learn,  outlook and web version of outlook are not allowing the header and footer to display, any one faced the same issue and any ideas or suggestions?

Pics 2: Actually display in Outlook.
