Audit Document Records Access

Hi experts - hoping you can help with an OTBI or BIP audit report.  I have the tables needed to run a report on what documents exist in the Document Records section in Fusion, what I need is the ability to audit who is accessing those documents.  Is it possible to view this and if so how/where?
