Where do we find the attachment from the term task in HCM?

The attachment from the termination task is no longer found on the ‘Manage Work Relationship Page’ for our termed employees. When the Manager or HR performs the termination task, an attachment is uploaded. Until recently, this was stored on the ‘Manage Work Relationship Page’. This is where we reference a termed employee’s resignation letter. It is vital to our organization that we have access to this information. Did something change to where this is now stored elsewhere? How do we get to this in HCM?
