One user  unable to access view results from payroll check list area.

Reproduce Issue steps:

Navigator -->Payroll Check list-->Search any user submited extract-->Click on task-->View Results its getting error You do not have permission to access this information. Contact your help desk. (FND-13)

to access other user submited extract result any role required?
