Proration of accruals is giving me issues.Content
The company I work for deals with employees working shiftwork. These means that employees will not always work 80 hours in a 2 week pay period. What is happening is when an employee works less than 80 hours the accrual proration kicks in and the employee does not accrue the amount they should be getting. My question is, can proration be turned off?
