We have been experimenting with the responsive pages since 18B, updating the expressions to facilitate changes that weren't available at the time, such as hiding quick actions and icons from simple mobile but not desktop. More recently we have been experimenting with the use of fully responsive HCM, turning various profile options on and off, whilst updating expressions to grant access based on user roles.
Unfortunately once these icons are hidden, they do not cache their previous EL Expressions. They are now blank. We have documented the EL expressions at the time of the change. These are based on the profile option used to initially trigger the icons visibility.
