ICD's - attaching documents to support approvals?

Hello,

When line managers raise compensation requests (ICDs) is it possible to attach documents that can be stored against the ICD/element or employee?

For example, if a manager was raising an ICD for a first aid allowance, it would be great if they could attach a first aid certificate for example as proof of skill set?
