Required Information on the OTBI Filters

I have created a OTBI analysis and facing some problem while applying filters

Hi All,

I have created a OTBI analysis using 2 subject areas 'Workforce Management- Worker Assignmnet Real Time' and Payroll-Payroll flow results. I have added some of the dimenssions from both the analysis and getting the data without any issue.

Requirement:

Employee should be in Active(Assignment Status) and if anyone of the following is null then the employee should pick in the results.

If gender is null/working hours is null/standard working hours is null then those records should be picked up.

I have created the below filter but the results showing all the records irrespective of NULL/Not NULL
