Line Manager access to Mass reassign direct reports to another Line Manager

We are needing a functionality a line manager to have ability to bulk move their direct reports to a different manager.

We are needing a functionality  a line manager to have ability to bulk move their direct reports to a different manager. Currently, the Line manager can only re-assign their direct reports to a new manager on a one by one basis. We want managers of each team to be able to bulk move their direct reports via self service directly. This would be useful in a case were Line Manager is relieving from the Organization or moving to a different business unit.
