Hi All,

We are working on the following customization and looking for ideas and suggetions before moving forward. At my customer's place Sales rep know the item number of the product which they are selling, the products names are somewhat similar and are sometimes bit lengthy. Now since reps know the item, they are looking the way to enter the item number and expectation is, based on this value product and the other custom field should get auto populated. This Item field should be text field and not a dropdown.
