Bulk Loader Uploads Running Twice

Selecting Run and Save on Bulk Uploads results in the process running twice.

Has anyone experienced an issue with their Bulk Uploads running twice? We have an Course Completion upload we run manually every Monday morning. The last three weeks, selecting "Run and Save"  results in Learn running the upload twice. The Results tab indicates the file runs at the same time. One results file shows the successful upload, white the other shows the records have been skipped since they are duplicates on the second run.
