Employee getting error when trying to print org charts
Summary
Employee unable to print to spreadsheet or PDFContent
Any ideas for assisting a user who is getting error messages when trying to print org charts from the Directory. Others are able to print. The error message when trying to print to Excel is "Excel cannot open the file "OrgChart (2).xlsx' because the file format or file extension is not valid. Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extention matches the format of the file." The error when printing to PDF is "Failed to load PDF document". Any ideas? Could it be that the Employee role needs a specific privilege or role to do
