Unique field to capture different information per employee when they take an offering

Summary

Unique field to capture different information per employee when they take an offering

Content

Hello,

We have a requirement where a learner takes an offering, and let us say 30 people attend this offering. With those 30 people who are taking the class, each one of them has a "Coach". A coach is someone who is not taking the class, not the instructor of the class, but a coach is there to be a coach.

We do not want the employee taking the class to have to enter their coach's information into a questionnaire or the like because we do not want to give the perception that as an admin we don't know who their coach is -- and could give the impression that the admin is lazy.
