Hi All,

I need to integrate the suppliers from Oracle Fusion Cloud to Service Providers in Oracle Transportation Management using ICS, I was exploring different options, first I review the several SOAP web services that provide Fusion but I did not find any that provide the suppliers. So I decided to build a custom BI report that generates an XML. 

Now I created a flow that execute and fetch the base64 that returns the web service for runReport but I am facing the issue that if I want to parse the XML first I need to upload to a file.
