Philippe's tweet kind of spoiler'ed that already. Does that mean we should have it after KScope?

I searched for the answer and then posted this question ...it needs MySql Enterprise Edition currently...and so just wanted to know was there any update on this or else any alternate solution for this....Thanks for the Info Sir

  • As Adam said: search for it and you get the answer.

As apparently you didn't ... in the meantime of generic ODBC/JDBC support you can A) export to Excel from MySQL and load your excel or B) move your data to another supported database.

Okay thankyou ... until then is there any alternate solution to access the database?

  • This question has been asked before - if you search the forum you will find the answer.

Currently the driver does not support Community edition.  You'll have to wait until we support generic ODBC/JDBC then use your own driver.

Hi, This new version Of Oracle DVD supports the MYSQL database in JDBC(Beta) but its like querying the tables and adding as a data source for the projects.

    Hi,

Generic ODBC/JDBC driver support has been added in the new version of DVD. You can now connect to sql server.

Hi, I am new to ODV and I am able to connect my db via ODBC. But while fetching the data its showing special characters.

I have used MySQL and via Table Data import wizard I have imported the data.

    Encoding tried - utf-8/utf16/cp 1250.

Please can some help me to fix this.

    Regards
