Issue with Seniority Date V3 (fast formula based)
Summary
Seniority Fast Formula does not work when person rehired the next day after terminationContent
Hello Experts,
We have implemented seniority date V3 using fast formula and we face an issue - if the person is termed and then rehired on the very next day (e.g. - global transfer, contingent worker to employee conversion etc.), a new date effective record is not being created. But, if the person is hired at least on the 2nd day after termination (e.g. term date - 6/30 and rehire date - 7/2), it is working as expected.
Did anyone face a similar issue and find a solution?
