What is the best way to change absence plan year (Plan Term)

Hi All,

Would like to know the best practice and checklist one need to go through before changing the absence plan year.

There is a need to change plan year to April to March from Jan to Dec. All our plans are Front-loaded.

System allows to change the plan term (start month), concerns are how to pay prorated accrual for these three months (Jan to Mar) and will system take care ceiling, carryover, balance automatically after changing the plan term?
