Licensing Oracle Database in Authorised Cloud Environments

Content

I want to deploy an Oracle Database in an Azure IAAS Authorised Cloud Environment. The virtualisation technology that has been offered is Hyper-V. I know that I can  count one Azure CPU Core as equivalent to one Oracle Processor license but is it the case that if I use Hyper-V on Azure that I have to license the entire infrastructure because Oracle doe not recognise Hyper-V for Hard Partitioning on an Oracle Database Deployment on Azure?

Howdy, Stranger!
