Summary

Need suggestion on, how possibly best way we can tag employees who are absconding after resigning in Fusion or without resignation

Content

Hi,

We are in process of implementing Exit Process for our client, and we need to provide best possible set of defined process/steps to HR Ops team to capture below scenario and tag employees absconding :

- employee resigns in the Fusion and Manager approves resignation but employee does not serves the notice period and absconding

- employee dose not notify and absconding without even putting resignation

HR Ops team need to tag this employee as "abscond" and then EXIT letters will pick these employee under this tag and generate letter separately.

Howdy, Stranger!
