Summary

When using the replace option in TRCS Data Management, it replaces all the BS/IS accounts but ignores the accounts such as Fixed Asset Registers etc

Hi All,

I have a query on data load Replace option in TRCS Data Management.

When we are loading TB into a period say FY18 P12 with "Replace" option in Export it should ideally clear the POV first and then load the data file. So if I am loading into P12 FY18 it should clear all Accounts for Entity, Year, Period and Scenario combination (My POV). What we notice is, it clears all records in BSXXXXT or ISXXXXT accounts irrespective of whether those accounts have data in source file. So if I manually input some numbers in BSXXYT account and there exist no record for this account in the source file it still clears the number in the
