Goal Measurement ID in OTBI

We are looking to confirm if 'Goal Measurement ID' exists as a reportable object in the Goals subject areas in OTBI.  We are working on creating an HDL spreadsheet loader template to update goal measurement names on existing performance goals.  The HDL template requires a 'MeasurementID' attribute and we're looking to capture this information from an OTBI report.
