Ability to view individual answers of an assessment

Looking for suggestions on how can learning administrator verify text type answers submitted by the learners

Hi All,

One of client has a requirement where the learners need to take a test (includes single choice, multiple choice and free text answer type questions).

Once, the learner submits the test, Learning instructor evaluates and scores the assessment for each learner.

Is there a way for learning Admin to view the individual answers and provide scores based on the response?

I found in KM that in 18B, Learning Admins were able to view individual answers. Is that capability still available?
